  Very rude and inconsiderate staff. Last week I was here picking out glasses frame. I was taking my time (so what - I'm a paying customer) and asking questions and while with me the staff member helping me looked at the receptionist and rolled her eyes and gave an exasperated sigh. Will be canceling my follow up appointments and seeing an optometrist in Grand Rapids.
