  Twice now I have ordered ham and cheese subs. Minus lettuce and tomato add mushrooms. First time they didn't add mushrooms so I was charged for something i didn't get. Second time same thing. But instead of not putting mushrooms on they forgot to minus lettuce and tomato. Not very happy. And probley won't order from them anymore.
